Field inspection & test data form — acceptance criteria configurable per standard / OEM / project.

Enter the test voltage, duration and acceptance basis actually used. This app does not supply NETA table minimums — enter the applicable minimum in Settings from your OEM manual, the referenced standard table, or the project specification.
Corrected value = Reading × Range × Multiplier × TCF (temperature-corrected to 20°C). Highlighting reflects the Settings limits: below minimum = fail; above the optional high-alert threshold = review (high insulation resistance is normally acceptable); no limit entered = review.

Per-pole contact resistance. Acceptance limits are OEM/project specific — set them in Settings. With no limit entered, entered values are flagged REVIEW (limit not provided), never PASS.

Travel / gap / wipe / penetration / overtravel / bounce are OEM-specific. Limits (where provided in Settings) drive PASS/FAIL; otherwise entered values are REVIEW.

Recorded values for engineering/OEM review. Compare against the OEM manual — this app does not apply universal limits to these fields.
Perform only if required by the selected standard / OEM / project specification.
Leave a field blank when no limit applies. A blank limit means entered readings are reported as REVIEW / LIMIT NOT PROVIDED — never auto-PASS. Insulation and control-wiring "High Alert" fields are optional: readings above them are flagged for review, not failed (high insulation resistance is normally acceptable).
